Director & Occupational Therapist
Henry Thai
Henry is the Director and Founder of Advance Therapy SA, an organisation dedicated to promoting independence and improving quality of life for people of all ages. With a background in both adult and paediatric care, Henry brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to supporting families, particularly within the Vietnamese community, in reaching their goals. Fluent in Vietnamese and with a background in Occupational Therapy, Henry leads Advance Therapy SA with a focus on providing flexible, compassionate, and skilled therapy services tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

Speech Pathologist
Dillan Nguyen
Dillan is a speech pathologist who graduated at Flinders University at the end of 2022 with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. He is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with experience in paediatrics and early intervention. Dillan strives to provide a client-centred, holistic and neurodiverse-affirming approach within his practice, prioritising the client and their families within therapy to ensure their goals are being achieved.
Dillan specialises in a play-based, floor time approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), receptive and expressive language therapy, early language intervention and speech sound/articulation therapy.

Receptionist & Allied Health Assistant
Jasmin Lam
Jasmin is a dedicated Receptionist, Allied Health Assistant and aspiring Speech Pathologist, passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Currently studying Speech Pathology, Jasmin combines her client-focused and compassionate approach with her administrative expertise to support both individuals and teams effectively. She is committed to creating meaningful change and making a positive impact on each person’s quality of life while continuing to develop her skills and knowledge in the field of speech pathology.

Allied Health Assistant
Monica Pham
Monica is a qualified and experienced Allied Health Assistant and also a qualified Exercise Physiologist. She is currently studying Occupational Therapy. Monica has experience supporting people of all ages and abilities. Monica joined Advance Therapy SA in 2023 as an Allied Health Assistant to work alongside our team of therapists to support clients to develop their skills in a range of settings.

Mentor
Nathan Tran
Nathan Vi Tran is an experienced NDIS Mentor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life. With a strong Vietnamese background, Nathan brings a unique cultural perspective and understanding to his role, allowing him to connect with and support clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those within the Vietnamese community.
